Niwihcihaw Acceptance Ltd. has enjoyed 30 years of successful operations. The business is located in the Maskwacis Mall, in the Ermineskin Cree Nation, on Highway 2A near Maskwacis.

Niwihcihaw Acceptance Ltd. assists Ermineskin tribal members and other First Nations with reasonably priced consumer loans through the Ermineskin Loan Fund. Niwihcihaw Acceptance Ltd. also provides financial support to community events, gatherings, and individuals through the Ermineskin Community Support Fund. All loans and contributions are approved through a process in accordance to guidelines and policies.

Niwihcihaw is a Cree word meaning to “help.” The mandate of Niwihcihaw Acceptance Ltd. is to promote positive economic growth and self-sufficiency through providing First Nations individuals and communities access to financial services. Recently Niwihcihaw Acceptance Ltd. was transitioned to be managed by Neyaskweyahk Group of Companies Inc.
